In-Store Pick-Up

Order Processing & Shipping Orders are processed within two business days from the date they are received. Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

Returns and Refunds

At Bare Aesthetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below for details on returns, changes of mind, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products that have been opened or used.

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in 'as-new' condition—unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product and sending a replacement if applicable.

  • We do not accept change of mind returns for sale items.

How to Initiate a Return or Change of Mind Request

  • To initiate a return or change of mind request, please contact us at hello@bareaestheticsau.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We require photos as proof of the damage or incorrect product for our team to assess and authorize the return.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
